I'm Dhruv Agarwal, a tech enthusiast, part-time Developer and full-time Learner with the aspiration of being an entrepreneur and with traits of a leader.


Driven by my aspiration and supported by my courage, i believe to achieve anything with my hard work and dedication.
I'm not one who is doing coding since childhood but from the day I'm doing it, i have done it with dedication. I have done projects in Web-Technologies. I have always tried to give back to Open Source Community what they have given us in way Open Source Projects (Knowledge), a chance to overcome physical boundaries.

I'm working on Backend Frameworks like Django, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Laravel, Code Ignitor. Backend role made me feel working on something I meant to work on. Working on Backend always placed me in a comfortable position to develop what I want to.

I love working on frontend role it allows to put out my creativity onto Sketch board and then to screen. Frontend Frameworks I have used are AngularJS, Angular 5, Angular 6,jQuery, Bootstrap. Frontend role made me feel, i'm working on something I believe I can create something that can blow people mind out. Working on Frontend always placed me in a position where i need to think out of the box to develop what I wanted to.

I love working on Data, it always made me wonder what we can't do with it. Some database technologies i'm working with are MySQL, MongoDB. Database Development made me push my limit to think ways to develop collections, structure and relations so that they are optimum as well as future-ready. Working on Database always allowed to extend limits of my thinking ability and find creative solutions.

I love Competetive coding, I like to do it to refresh and recharge my mind. I'm good at problem-solving and descent in optimising. I use languages like Python, C, Java and Python as the main competitive coding language. Competitive coding always made me feel that I have great scope to learn and solve problems.

Education Assessment System (EASy)


I have been part of this project since 2018 collabrated with team 18 people, we developed online-based solution for managing the educational institute. Comprises of fee-management, muster-roll, attendance, marks monitoring, grievance, result analyser, feedback/ survey, suggestion tracking, mentoring and participation tracking modules. It is my major project, it has achieved many milestone few are:
  1. Reduced time for checking the academic progress report of students and planning study structure accordingly.
  2. Established a focus on the result-oriented learning.
  3. Mentors have simple assessment of personal growth of individual student .
It's an ecosystem so it is developed using different stacks and technology to provide a solution that is fast and feasible. Some of the technologies are:

Human Resource Management System (HRMS)


I have been part of this project since 2017, we're here day and night to provide our institute with the ecosystem, such that they could perform every task on the digital platform with capabilities of real-time data sensing and analysis. Comprises of payroll, muster-roll, attendance, leave, grievance, appraisal and achievement tracking modules. It has achieved many milestone few are:
  1. automated employee performance tracking and analysis.
  2. It also allowed reducing unnecessary paperwork and improved transparency in the system.
  3. It added value to the decision taken at the management level due to there basis is now data-driven.
It's an ecosystem so it is developed using different stacks and technology to provide a solution that is fast and feasible. Some of the technologies are:

I have been taken part in it as a side project to learn new things, I was tech-lead of event responsible for smooth conduction of event through the complete digital system and online payment. This endeavour gave me new experience and learnings for the future. I tested my skills my developing whole site from scratch to deployment in a week. I made new friends while working on this.

I joined the project under the guidance of one my senior, we have to develop a complete system to organise digital-based solution for event registration, payment and monitoring, and that in limited time framework. But by hard work of us we able to achieve a platform, which was better than what the stack-holders expected. I also get the chance to be part of the core committee and manage the event from the ground.

I have worked with the leap aerospace family as an intern. Vision is to innovate & advance the aeronautics industry to enable safe, affordable and sustainable air transportation solutions
The startup is incubated at Electropreneur Park, under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India and supported by IESA. We're receiving excellent support and mentoring from the incubator ecosystem.
